The overarching vision for the development was to ensure that every home had a clear view of the sea. To achieve this, each property was designed with reversed living in mind, placing key living spaces on the upper floor to fully appreciate natural light and views. The exterior incorporates ModBox’s signature combination of Canadian Red Cedar and locally sourced grey stone, grounding the contemporary architecture in its Cornish surroundings. In these four homes, we also introduced vaulted ceilings to enhance the sense of space in the main living areas, establishing a new standard for entertaining within the development.
